We have two distinct product categories: Colombian handicrafts and souvenirs, which are shipped directly by our team from our partner workshops or logistics centers; and viral or trending products, which are managed by external suppliers through dropshipping. Due to these operational differences, shipping policies apply differently depending on the product category and may be updated at any time according to the conditions established by our suppliers and partner carriers. In this policy, you will find essential information about the preparation, dispatch, and delivery of products purchased in our store.
Orders with multiple products
If you make a purchase with products from different categories (for example, handmade + viral), you may receive your items in separate packages, as they may be shipped from different logistics points or suppliers.
This does not generate additional costs for you.

1. Shipping coverage
For now, we deliver throughout Colombia, including major cities, medium-sized cities, and municipalities.
Once international shipping is enabled, we will officially announce it on our platforms.
2. Shipping methods
Depending on the type of product, Colombia Wow offers two options:
2.1. Handcrafted products
They are shipped directly from our partner workshops or from our logistics center in Medellín.
Each piece is carefully packaged to protect the materials and prevent damage during transport.
2.2. Viral or trending products (dropshipping)
Some products are shipped directly from partner suppliers, who have their own operating times and processes.
In these cases:

The guide is generated when the supplier confirms shipment.
We will always keep you informed of the status of your order.
3. Estimated delivery times
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the type of product. We currently provide general estimates:
Major cities: 2 to 5 business days
Intermediate cities: 3 to 7 business days
Municipalities or rural areas: 5 to 10 business days
Dropshipping products: times may be extended depending on the supplier's operations
These times are approximate and may be affected by external events such as weather, road closures, or high demand.
4. Order confirmation and tracking
When your purchase has been processed and the order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with:
order summary,
tracking number (when applicable),
link to the carrier or supplier's tracking system.
In the case of dropshipping products, the tracking number will be sent once the supplier has generated it.
5. Delivery of the order
Your order will be delivered to the address you provide during checkout. Please note:
It is important that the recipient's name and phone number are correct.
If no one receives the package, the carrier will make one or two additional attempts, depending on its internal processes.
If the package is returned to the sender due to inability to deliver, we will coordinate with you to reship it.
6. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on: the destination,
the weight and size of the package,
the type of product.
In the case of promotions or free shipping, this information will be clearly displayed before payment.
