Data is collected via forms, cookies, gateways, and messaging. Provision of data is voluntary and consensual.

When we use providers located outside Colombia (e.g., gateways, analytics platforms, dropshippers, or cloud services), we will ensure contractual clauses, security measures, and compliance with the requirements for international transfers/transmissions established by the SIC and Decree 1074 of 2015.

We can link managers (logistics, gateways, IT providers, dropshippers) who will process data in accordance with the instructions of the controller and with appropriate security measures.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical controls to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration, in accordance with guidelines from authorities and best practices.

We use our own and third-party cookies to make the site work, remember preferences, measure usage, and present relevant content. You can configure your browser to block them or delete history; without some cookies, the site may not function properly. We will publish a banner/preference center with categories (essential, analytical, marketing) and links to this policy.

indicating “Data query.” We will respond within the legal time limits.
Claims: if you wish to correct, delete, or revoke, send a “Data Claim” with a description of the incident, supporting documents, and contact details.
If you are not satisfied, you can contact the SIC once you have exhausted all options with us.

We retain data for as long as necessary to fulfill purposes, legal/contractual obligations, and applicable statute of limitations. We then securely delete or anonymize it.
- minors
We do not intentionally collect data from minors without verifiable parental or guardian consent. If we identify data without the required consent, we will proceed to delete it.
- marketing and business communications
We will only send promotional communications if you give your consent. You can always unsubscribe by clicking on the link in the email or by writing to us.

We may modify this policy to address regulatory or operational changes. We will publish the current version on the site with its update date.
