Colombia Wow is an online store that sells Colombian handicrafts and modern/viral products, including items sold through dropshipping. For legal purposes, Colombia Wow acts as a supplier and/or intermediary depending on the product offered.

By browsing, registering, and/or purchasing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We reserve the right to update this document; changes apply from the moment they are published.
- purpose of the site
Offer a mixed catalog: (i) handicrafts and products made by Colombian communities and workshops, and (ii) viral or trending products, some managed via dropshipping (manufactured and/or shipped by third parties).
- terms of use of the site
You agree to use the site lawfully, respecting consumer protection and personal data regulations, without affecting the functioning of the portal or infringing on the rights of third parties.
- seller and product information
Colombia Wow will display clear and verifiable information about each product: description, materials, dimensions, total price (including taxes), shipping costs, availability, and estimated delivery times. These obligations derive from the Consumer Statute for distance selling/e-commerce.
- purchase process and payment methods
The purchase is made by adding products to the cart and confirming payment through certified payment gateways. Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email with the order summary and tracking number, when applicable.
- prices, currency, and taxes
Prices are expressed in Colombian pesos (COP) and include applicable taxes. Promotions will be identified and valid for the period indicated.
- shipping and delivery
Coverage: shipping throughout Colombia, we offer international shipping for handmade products.
Estimated delivery times: major cities 2–4 business days; other areas 4–8 business days (varies depending on logistics, weather, or high demand).
Tracking: we will provide a tracking number when available.
Reception: check the condition of the packaging upon receipt; if you see any damage, report it to the carrier and let us know.
- dropshipping model (viral products)
Some references are managed by third parties (manufacturers or wholesalers). In such cases:
Preparation and dispatch may vary for products in our own inventory.
There may be minor differences in color or packaging depending on the batch/manufacturer.
Colombia Wow responds to consumers as a visible supplier on the site and handles PQRS, warranties, and retractions in accordance with the law.

- right of withdrawal (distance sales)
You may withdraw within five (5) business days of delivery of the product, returning it in the same condition in which you received it (unused and in its original packaging). The supplier must refund the money within a maximum of fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of withdrawal. There are legal exceptions (e.g., custom-made goods, goods for personal use, perishable goods).

with the subject line “Return,” order number, photos of the product's condition, and return instructions. We will evaluate whether it meets the conditions and issue a refund using the same payment method whenever possible.
- exchanges and returns for quality reasons
If your product arrives defective or non-compliant, you may request an exchange or refund within 10 days of receipt (site policy), without prejudice to your legal warranty. Please provide us with your order number, evidence of damage, and original packaging. Colombia Wow will cover the cost of reshipment when it corresponds to manufacturing defects or shipping errors.
- statutory warranty
The warranty covers the suitability and quality of the goods according to their nature. The term will be indicated on each product page; if not specified, the reasonable term for the type of product will apply. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper care are not covered. The product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded according to the technical evaluation.
- availability and inventories
If a product is out of stock after purchase (e.g., due to high demand or supplier inventory error in dropshipping), we will notify you to: (i) exchange for an equivalent product, (ii) wait for restocking, or (iii) receive a full refund.
- content, intellectual property, and trademarks
The texts, images, logos, and designs on this site belong to Colombia Wow or its licensors. Their use without authorization is prohibited.
- responsibility and limitations
We make every effort to maintain information and availability; however, the site may experience interruptions. Under no circumstances will we be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. This clause does not limit the consumer's inalienable rights.
- communications and notifications
We will use the email address you provide to send you communications about orders, updates, and satisfaction surveys. You can manage your preferences from your account or via the links in each message.
- applicable law and authority
The relationship is governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. For consumer complaints, the competent authority is the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce (SIC).
